He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Arlene and Clarence. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Mancuso Kaylor; his daughters, Rebecca White, Rachel Popp (Duncan), Flora and Sylvia White (Jeff); and his sister Linda Webster.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
