She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dayton Lee and Varena Wood Lee; her husband Carl Leonard Howard; and her grandson Jackson Parker. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Howard Parker (Robbie) and Kevin Howard (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Spencer Parker, Kaleb Howard and Kolby Howard; and her sisters, Agnes Lee Farthing, Barbara Ann Bass and Cathy Johnson.
