He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Ray Ragland, Sr. and Bess Rothrock Ragland. He is survived by: his daughters, Beth McCauley (John) and Kellie Ragland of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Ashley Ennis (Parker) of Benson, NC and Connor McCauley (Tiffani) of Louisburg, NC; and his great grandchildren, Melani and Karelia McCauley.
