He was predeceased by: his father Don Moose. He is survived by: his mother J. C. Scott (Janet); his son Blake Shepherd Terrell; his sister Jessica Tucker (David Tucker); his birth father Mitchell B. Terrell (Morris A. Terrell); and his aunts, Cindy and Myra.
