John Ellis Taylor Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Ellis Taylor (Raleigh, North Carolina), born in Morristown, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 14, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid John Ellis farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For John Ellis is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Navy MoMMC2 John Taylor, IV (Class John Taylor, IV) of Machinist's Mate and Ardith Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Ann Cox; his children, Luke, Alexandra (Alex) and Rebecca Thomas (Beckie); his children-in-law, Erin Dobbins and Ian Thomas; and his grandson Todd.

John loved flowers so the family welcomes them, but those who would prefer to make a donation in his honor may donate to Hospice of Cincinnati.
