He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alva Moore and Helen Casey Moore; his siblings, Virginia Moore, Joe Moore and Clark Moore; and his brother-in-law Cliff Cooper.
He is survived by: his children, Kellen Moore of Charlotte, Jonna "Zack" Moore of Whitsett and Cam Moore (Sarah) of Raleigh; the mother of his children Paula Bass Moore; his siblings, Jim Moore (Paula), Helen Cooper, Margaret Condron (Christopher), Martha Benson (Bob), Mary Anne Forrester (George) and Scott Moore; and his sisters-in-law, Geryl Moore and Mary Etta Moore.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a memorial contribution to the American Cancer Society, http://www.cancer.org for cancer research as Casey was a cancer survivor earlier in his life.
