He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond and Della (Linda). He is survived by: his sons, Doug (Lori Katzenbach), Ray Katzenbach (Heidi Lucking), Sam (Marci Katzenbach), Daniel (Keena Katzenbach) and Michael Katzenbach; his grandsons, Jeremy Katzenbach and Jacob Katzenbach (Megan Bauer); his daughter Kylee; and his caregivers, Jon, Nene, Millie, Aleah, Edna, Lia and Tabitha.
