He is survived by: his wife Jessica Mooneyham; his brother Steve Mooneyham; his children, Scott Mooneyham (Catherine), Kristi Monahan (Dan) and Jason Mooneyham (Lara); and his grandsons, Will Mooneyham, Matt Mooneyham, Michael Monahan, Justin Mooneyham and Jameson Mooneyham.
