She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Perry and Ruth Grubb Perry; and her siblings, Joe, David Perry and Louise Perry.
She is survived by: her cousins, Becky, Sue and Ellen; her sister-in-law Dot; her daughters, Pullen Park and Farrah Sanders; her son-in-law Rick Tackett; her grandson Gabriel Tackett of Brooklyn, NY; and her stepson Michael Sanders of Wake Forest, NC.. She is also survived by her future husband and the father of her daughter.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Thomas Family Funeral Service (115 Hawthorne St, Sparta, NC 28675). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at the Mt. Zion Cemetery (3117 Mt Zion Church Rd, Piney Creek, NC 28663).
