She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Ferrell and Minnie Ferrell; her husband George Ray Cone; and her siblings, Reuben Ferrell, Alice Perry, Juanita Card and Bobby Ferrell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Cone Purvis (Chuck), Beverly Cone Lowdon (Jack) and Joy Cone Tanner (Bryan); her sister Phyllis Strickland of Middlesex, NC; and her grandchildren, Aaron Collins (Karen), Jordan Purvis (Hallie), Matthew Lowdon, Katelyn Daniels (Matson), Lilah Tanner, Victor Tanner, Alex Tanner, Jenna Seaman and Julia Hanna. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
