He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren O'Neill and Agnes O'Neill. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra Parker (Charles) and Earl O'Neill (Darnella). He is also survived by two nephews, two nieces; four great nieces and two great nephews, and one great great niece.
