He was predeceased by: his parents, Grove Medlin and Alma Medlin of Bunn, NC.; and his wife Peggy. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Claire Gentry (Coney) of Oak Ridge and Spencer Aycock (Carolyn) of Wake Forest; and his close friend Lydia Kornegay (family: Donna, Neil Mitchell).
