She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Virginia Deans Toler and Rev. Raymond Dock Toler; her sister Hilda Toler Gooding; and her granddaughter Victoria Elizabeth Williford. She is survived by: her husband Rayford Allen Williford (Ray) of Newton Grove; her children, Richard Williford (Kimberly) and Tonya Culpepper (Todd); her grandchildren, JoAnna Alphin (Nick), Nathanial Culpepper (Gracie), Joshua Williford (Taylor), Jonathan Culpepper, Samuel Culpepper (Abby), Emma Williford and Rachel Williford; her siblings, Billy Dock Toler of Wallace and Linda Lancaster of Goldsboro; her caregivers, Tara Crocker, Rhonda Strickland, Awa Mbye, Taylor Strickland and Cecilia Mucugu; and her nephew Billy Gooding. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Capital Church (1308 US-70, Garner, NC 27529). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Montlawn Cemetery (2911 S Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27603).
