It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Caudle Roberson (Raleigh, North Carolina), who passed away on May 18, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Lee Roberson and Vera Joyner Roberson; his sisters, Detra Floyd and Doris Andrews; and his grandson Bailey Scarbrough.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Layton Roberson; his children, Wendy Scarbrough (Timmy), Amy York (John) and Keith Roberson (Amanda); his grandchildren, Zachary Scarbrough, Savannah Howard (Creighton), Luke York, Gabrielle Scarbrough, Layton Tharp (Cooper), Eli Scarbrough, Harper Roberson and Jake Roberson; his great grandchildren, Grant Howard and Sadie Howard; Christine Beidleman and Deborah Valentine (Donald). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
