He is survived by: his children, Cortney Perry and Lewis Vincent Winston Jr.; and his siblings, Cynthia Winston, Kathy Winston Upchurch and Berdina Lanier (Ronald). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity United Faith Center (110 S State St, Raleigh, NC 27601).
