He is survived by: his fiancée Samantha Owen; his children, William Phillips, Wylder Phillips, Waylin Phillips and Winifred Phillips; his adoptive parents, James Sherrod and Marsha Sherrod; his siblings, Kevin Tomlin (Willona), Bandi Foxworth and Jeremy Phillips; his father Norman Pee; and his siblings, Regina Williamson, Keisha Davis, Crystal Tart, Deon Kelly and Tracy Graves. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
