She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Coley Sain; her sisters, Beverly Compere (Tom) and Pam Rundle (Mike); and her nieces and nephews, Ruth Gao (Morgan), Elizabeth Compere, Emily Coglizer (C. J.), Ezra Compere (Nikki), Joel Rundle (Gracie), Betsy Rundle (Riley Smith), Shiphrah Compere and Annie Rundle.
A memorial service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Providence Church (6339 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612).
