She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben W. Haigh and Emma Ruth Payne Haigh; and her brother Carl W. Haigh. She is survived by: her husband Ed Gibbon of Raleigh, NC; her daughters, Meg Gibbon (Angela Pelletier) of Washington, DC and Kara Haden (Gerry) of Charlotte, NC; and her grandchildren, Jamie Smith of Washington, DC, Addison Haden and Matthew Haden of Charlotte, NC. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
