She was predeceased by: her parents, Federico Pennington and Matlide Pennington; her brother Federico Pennington; and her husband Donald McMillan of Crumpler, NC. She is survived by: her daughter Eika Knight (Jeff); her grandson Forrest Knight of Raleigh; and her sisters, Lucy Pennington of Jacksonville, FL, Carmen Pennington of Los Angeles, CA, Arlette Pennington of Jacksonville, FL and Eliuth Soto of Comayagua, Honduras. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
