She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Ashley (Bob) of Wake Forest and Belinda May (Danny) of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Jessica Gibson (Jesse), Summer Denton (Matt), Amber Futrell (Mickey), Sean Ashley (Lucy), Justin Ashley (Paige), Chad May (Shelbi) and Dylan Johnson; and her sisters, Edna Stephens of Sumter, SC and Margaret Quinn of LaGrange. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, 2 step great grandchildren.
