He is survived by: his wife Ann Wolters (McSoley); his daughter Megan Welborn (Jaime Carpenter); his brothers, Steve Wolters and Keith Wolters (Lisa); his nieces, Catherine Grimshaw and Lauren Theroux; his nephew Jared McSoley; and his siblings-in-law, Ellen and Frank DeConte. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Margaret Church (1098 Pawtucket Ave, Rumford, RI 02916).
