She is survived by: her daughter Kristine Ohaechesi; her son-in-law Mello Ohaechesi; her son Drew Hornak; her grandchildren, George, Abrianna, Ace and Sarah; and her siblings, Gerald Matusovich, Bill Matusovich and Gayle Breen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
