He is survived by: his parents, Robert W. Lewis, Sr. and Nancy Lewis of Raleigh, N. C.; his siblings, Robert W. Lewis, Jr. (Debbie) of Asheboro, NC. and Jo Ann Davis (Tim) of Clayton, N. C.; his daughter Blair Lewis (Gavin Proctor); his granddaughters, Alyra and Rhea of China Grove, N. C.; and his son Conner Lewis of Rockwell, N. C..
