She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Mino Markus and Louise Green Markus; her husbands, Ray Sturkie and Odell Beroth; her children, Claire Billingsley (Andy) of Chapel Hill, NC, Hank Sturkie (Denise) of Mouth and Susan Harrison (Randy) of Raleigh, NC.; and her grandchildren, Alexander Daly (Alex), Andrew Billingsley, Hunter Sturkie (Jordan), Stewart Sturkie (Emily), Christie Ray Harrison, Michael Harrison (Elizabeth) and Sarah Harrison. She was also cherished by three great-grandchildren.
