With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Elizabeth Thrapp of Raleigh, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 12, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Mary Elizabeth may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mary Elizabeth touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Bert William Thrapp. She is survived by: her daughter Sheri Thrapp Jackson (Richard Byrum Jackson); her grandchildren, Haley Jackson Coble and Trevor Byrum Jackson; her husband Tim R. Coble; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt David Coble, Eliza Lynn Coble and Ripley "Rip" Ray Jackson.
