She was predeceased by: her parents, Hayes Ihrie and Vera Ihrie; her significant other George Barbour, Sr.; her husband Jay Williams; her grandson Shane Bush; and her children, Bonnie Barbour, Sandy Barbour, Rhonda Barbour, George Barbour, Jr. (Tammy) and Lisa Barbour.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Chris Barbour, David Barbour (Lizzie), James Wiesebron (Tamara), Jeannie Edwards (KG), Garrett Jackson, Sammy Jackson and Anna Tarleton (Nixia); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Callie, Cole, Remy and Arlo; her sister Irene Curry; her niece Mary Margaret Callahan; and also Katie Hufland. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel (2911 S Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27603). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Montlawn Memorial Park (2911 S Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27603).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Frances's memory.
