She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ervin Dillard and Carletta King Dillard; her husband Robert Joe Scarborough; and her siblings, Eddie Dillard, Rose Dillard Gresham and Nina Dillard Ray.
She is survived by: her daughter Rita Scarborough Junkin (Larry) of Fuquay Varina, NC; her grandchildren, Kevin Harp (Emily) of Baltimore and Amy Young (Jon) of Fuquay Varina, NC; her stepgrandsons, Graham Junkin of Cary, NC and Drew Junkin (Elizabeth) of Clayton, NC; her great grandchildren, Noah Young, Hailey Young, Isla Young and River Harp; her stepgreat-grandson Luke Junkin; and her sister Wanda Ennis of Morehead City, NC. She is also survived by many nieces and a nephew.
