With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Merdice Hannon of Raleigh, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 26, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughters, Merdice Bernadette Hannon and Tara Teresa Hannon; and her siblings, Elizabeth Gupton Ellis, Harvey Gupton, Bobby Gupton, Mickey Gupton and Kenney Gupton.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Slate Jr. (Martha) of Wake Forest, NC, Bridget Hannon and Stacey Hannon; and her brother Charles Gupton (Dorothy).
