He is survived by: his parents, Roger Weaver and Gloria Weaver; his son John Lindsay (Weaver); his aunts and uncles, Ross Perez, Jim Martini, Laura Perez and Maria Martini; his cousins, Justin Perez and Jim Martini Jr. (Kelly); his significant other Casey Steadman; and his partner's son Hunter Pope.
