He is survived by: his wife MaryLee Mazarick; his children, Michael Mazarick (Leigh Fine), Megan Mazarick (Les Rivera) and Melanie Mazarick Hooko (Jason Hooko); his grandchildren, Mason, Piper, Emily Hooko, Michael, Elizabeth Mazarick and Maz Rivera; his mother Wilma Mazarick; and his siblings, Phil Mazarick, Karen Mantzouris and Maryann Stoner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
