He was predeceased by: his parents, T. Phillip Waalkes and Francis Brewster Waalkes; and his siblings, Kelly Waalkes Butler and Steve Waalkes. He is survived by: his wife Michele Conte Waalkes; his sons, Phillip Waalkes (Elizabeth Waalkes), Joseph Waalkes and Thomas Waalkes (Haley Bamborough); and his siblings, Richard Waalkes, Robert Waalkes and Nancy Waalkes Hunt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews; and loving friends and family.
