She was predeceased by: her parents, Regnal F. Allen and Lula Suiter Allen; her husband Orval Ray Riffe; her siblings, Carl, Patrick, Rickie Allen and Kay Lusk; and her sister-in-law Jane Riffe.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory A. Riffe (Shana) and LuAnn Lenz; her brother Gary Allen (Kathy); her grandchildren, David, Adam Lenz and Emily Riffe; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Allen, Alice Riffe, Alice M. Riffe and Frances Dickerson (Ray). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mount Moriah Baptist Church (3000 E Garner Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mount Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery (3000 E Garner Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Mount Moriah Baptist Church.
