He is survived by: his father James Elwood Francis; his wife Christina Rossetti Francis; his daughters, Grace Francis-Gagné (Daniel), Rachel Hope Billington (Joshua) and Carmen Faith Carpenter (Collin); and his brother Bobbie Perry (Gay). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
