She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Jeannette Rawl Isphording and Thomas Page Isphording; and her sister Nancy Isphording MacMillan. She is survived by: her husband Wesley Hale Burdge; her children, Derek Jordan Burdge of Raleigh, Samuel Page Burdge (Ashton Hardy) of Holly Springs and Katherine Jeannette Burdge (Ryan Harbert) of Raleigh; and her grandchildren, Ronan Patrick Harbert and Paxton Austin Burdge.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in Pat's name to cancer.org, the SPCA of Wake County, or the Arbor Day Foundation for trees planted in her memory.
