He is survived by: his wife Joanne Ruark Juby; his children, Katherine Anne Threewitts (Sean) and Philip Michael Juby, Jr. (Anna); his granddaughters, Anne Botts Juby, Vivian Katherine Juby and Hattridge Cross Threewitts; and his brother Kenneth Washburn Juby.
