She is survived by: her husband Dr. Fangming Lai; her children, Jonathan and Amy; her children-in-law, Tiffany and George; her grandchildren, Jackson, Blakely and Kennedy; her father Yi Li; and her brother Wuqi Li.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Chapel of Mitchell Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions will gratefully be accepted directly to Duke Homecare & Hospice.
