He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Kochik and David Kochik. He is survived by: his wife Judith Kulp Kochik; his children, Susan Kochik, Scott Kochik (Monica), Stephen Kochik (Jill) and Sean Kochik; his grandchildren, Anderson, Maddox and Lane Kochik; and his brother Ronald Kochik (Sharon).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Providence Baptist Church (6339 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
