He is survived by: his wife Linda Legette Roberson of Raleigh; his children, Martha Roberson Ajax of Cary and Richard James Roberson, Jr. (Kelly) of Panama City; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Conrad Ajax of Boston, Parker James Ajax of Boone, Stevens Leggett Roberson of Lake Mary and Shelby McIntosh Roberson of Panama City, Florida..
