He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfonza McLamb and Rena H. McLamb; and his siblings, Stella McLamb, Janet Lindsey, David McLamb, Billy McLamb, Jerry McLamb, Eugene McLamb, Kenneth Mclamb and Alfonza McLamb.
He is survived by: his wife Ferali Puerta of Raleigh, NC; his children, Dominique McLamb of Wlimington, NC, Jessi McLamb of Scottsbluff and Matthew McLamb of Denver; his siblings, Jimmy McLamb (Jannie) of Clinton, NC, Joyce M. Robinson (Tommy) of Raleigh, NC, Bettie Daughtry of Raleigh, NC and Tarsha Boone (Terrell) of Clinton, NC.; and his pet Lucy.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Matthew AME Church (1629 Bennett St, Raleigh, NC 27604). A memorial service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
