He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Eugene Duncan, Jr. and Agnes Baker Duncan; and his brothers, Gene Duncan and Jeffrey Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Linda Gregory Duncan of Raleigh, NC; his stepchildren, Terry Scott Call (Valerie Call), Kevin Bradley Call of West Virginia and Lisa Scarberry (Bill Scarberry) of West Virginia; and his daughter Jennifer Denny-Proffitt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews residing in Florida, 11 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
