He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Ullman and Hilda Ullman; and his sisters, Louise Sultan (Bud), Joanne Huggins (Bill) and Patricia Stewart (Gordan).

He is survived by: his wife Kaye Teague Ullman; his sons, Charles Ullman (Lisa) and Aaron Ullman; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Reagan, Ryder and Luke Ullman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
