Robert John Grimyser Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert John Grimyser in Raleigh, North Carolina, who passed away on March 1, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Grimyser Nelson and John Grimyser; and his grandson Michael Grimyser. He is survived by: his children, Tracey Severns (Scott) and Chris Grimyser (Meloriza); his wife Diane Foresta Dara; his stepchildren, Lisa Dara and Richard Dara (Sara Dara); his daughter Dana Bullock (Heath); and his grandchildren, Robert, Jessica Severns, Mark Grimyser, Jacob Dara, Reagan, Jenna Bullock and Cooper Grimyser.
