He is survived by: his wife Jayne E. Mitten (Hubley); his daughters, Jennifer Mitten Hallman and Leigh Mitten Vazquez (Frank); his siblings, Barbara M. Hancock (Mike) and C. Stephen Mitten (Jolynne); his grandchildren, Grace Hallman Allred (Davion), Megan Hallman, Nina Vazquez, Selena Vazquez and Dylan Vazquez; and his great grandchild Catherine Allred.
Visitation was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc. (1551 Kenneth Rd, York, PA 17408). A memorial service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
