He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie; his son Jose Alcaraz-Elmore (Danielle Logan); his grandchildren, Isaak and Ceira of Havelock; his sisters, Dorothy Tart Coats of Dunn and Loucindy Elmore Jernigan of Dunn; and his sisters-in-law, Lois Ward Elmore, Cheryl Farmer Elmore, Ann Worthington Elmore, Tonia C. Elmore and Kathy Trotter Elmore.
