He is survived by: his wife Robin Bailey Pergerson; his son Justin Dale; his grandchild Kason Gage Pergerson of Dunn, NC.; his siblings, Kay Pergerson Parham (Richard) of Wake Forest and Milton Royal Pergerson (Danita) of Wake Forest; his nieces and nephews, Andrea Parham Sharpe (Sean) of Raleigh, Lisa Carroll (John) of Mebane, Meghan Pergerson Kidd (Cameron) of Wake Forest, Richard Waylon Parham of Cary, Travis Bailey (Kendall) of Raleigh and Eric Cochran (Jessica) of Franklinton; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Noah, Kylie Parham, Brady, Oliver Cochran, Savannah Sharpe, Lily Kate, Sterling, Brecken and Boone Kidd.
