He was predeceased by: his parents, Alta Watkins Stell and Logan Stell; and his wife Lula Gray Stell. He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Mabrey (Tim), Linda Girton (Doug), Martha Endel and Marie Capps (Lynn); his brother Donnie Stell (Charlene); and his grandchildren, Earl Mabrey, Yvonne Gourley, Jennifer Turnage, Melissa O'Neal, Crystal Endel, Christopher Capps and Josh Capps. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
