She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ernest and Nora Bashaar (Fulton); and her brother John R. Bashaar. She is survived by: her son Erich Karl Stroupe; her daughter-in-law Candi Whitley Stroupe; her husband Bill; her grandson Finley; and her brother Charles W. Bashaar of Elk Grove, Illinois..
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Brown-Wynne (300 S St Mary's St, Raleigh, NC 27605). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Rosemary's memory to the American Lung Association, the American Heart Association, or the American Nurses Foundation.
