Tim Williams wrote a sympathy message

“Russ or "Buster" as we called him was a great friend of our Citadel Days especially summer school with Steve Wasserman of NY, also our classmate. "Wassey" also passed away 3 years ago. I miss them both so much. Buster had a mint green Plymouth convertible that we loved to ride in and go to Piggy Park to see the girls and order "TWO BUDS AND A MILLER!' our favorite beer and our motto forever it seemed. RIP to you both. Tim”
