She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper D. Tart and Eunice Bell West Tart; her husband Russell Lee Dillard, Sr.; her son Russell Lee Dillard, Jr.; her son-in-law Danny M. Cameron; and her siblings, Paul, Inez, Herbert, Geraldine, Earl, Mazie, Larry, Nellie and Judy.
She is survived by: her children, Merlene Dillard Cameron and Ronnie E. Dillard; her daughter-in-law Peggy N. Dillard; her brother J. D. Tart of White Marsh, MD.; and her grandchildren, Lee (Barbara), Lisa (Ricky), Tiffany (Chris), Heather and Michael (Taryn).
