She is survived by: her husband Mike Murphy of Raleigh; her children, Joey Murphy (Lisa) of Willow Springs, NC and Catherine Murphy-Cutts (Jacob) of Chicago; her grandchildren, Dylan Smith, Ashleigh Murphy and Allison Murphy; and her siblings, Larry Trivette of Todd, NC, Barbara Trivette of Knightdale, NC and Joyce Trivette of Raleigh, NC.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of dear friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the South Fork Baptist Church (157 S Fork Church Rd, Todd, NC 28684). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
